CLINICAL LABORATORY SERVICES Triesta has a dedicated histopathology and molecular biology laboratory for conducting research in molecular markers in compliance with GLP guidelines. The integrated molecular pathology laboratory has been designed to process tissue samples and blood for research purposes. Facilities include:   Frozen specimen storage and analysis   Routine histopathological analysis   Immunohistochemistry   Fluorescent microscopy   High resolution imaging and archival The molecular biology laboratory is equipped with dedicated work spaces for RNA, DNA and protein research. Triesta has expertise in gene expression profiling using both regular RT-PCR as well as quantitative PCR assays using TaqMan TM and SYBR Green ™ chemistries. Triesta also offers a range of oncology esoteric tests for patient care and CRO customers.
