Richa Saxena, Ph.D., Co-Founder - Dr. Saxena has research accomplishments in the field of human Y chromosome genetics and experience in both academia and the biotechnology industry. She has worked as a research scientist at Genome Therapeutics and at Brigham & Women's Hospital/ Harvard Medical School carrying out research on the genetics of muscular dystrophy, lung cancer, prostate cancer and leukemia. Prior to co-founding Triesta in 2002, Dr. Saxena worked as a Senior Biotechnology Analyst at Global Competitive Corporation in Boston and at the Chatterjee Group a New York based investment firm. Dr. Saxena received her PhD in genetics from the Whitehead Institute at MIT and her BS in Biology from Cornell University. Currently Dr. Saxena holds academic positions at the Whitehead Institute, Harvard Medical School and the Massachusetts General Hospital.

Srinath Dore, MD is a senior physician with over 20 years of research and clinical care experience in India, Europe and the Middle East. Since 1997, Dr. Dore has been the Head of the Department of Gastroenterology at the Al Zahra Medical Center in Dubai. Previously he was a consultant physician at Mallya Hospitals in Bangalore. Prior to this he was an Assistant Professor at St. Johns Medical College, Bangalore. Before returning to India in 1993, Dr. Dore spent 5 years at the University Hospitals Leuven, Belgium where he managed various clinical research initiatives, as also was a practicing physician. Dr. Dore is a board certified internist and gastroenterologist and received his M.D. from the Department of Clinical Pharmacology, University of Bern, Switzerland and his MBBS from St. Johns Medical College, Bangalore.
