Triesta Sciences Bangalore offers project training for graduate and post graduate students of Biotechnology/Biochemistry and/or other life sciences students.
Apart from project training a technical training is also available based on the all or few of
the following
Molecular Biology methods mentioned below;
1. Isolation of Nucleic Acids (DNA and RNA) from blood/serum/tumor
sample/FFPE blocks.
2. Conventional and gradient PCR.
3. Reverse transcriptase PCR.
4. Real-time PCR
5. Conventional Karyotyping by GTG banding.
6. Cell culture
7. Fluorescent in situ hybridization.
Selection will be based on screening of CV and personal discussion.
